We collect only the minimum required info to operate: email addresses (for account verification, password resets, and call connection link routing), user-selected usernames, dates of birth (to verify legal age), and transactional payment metadata (via secure third-party payment gateways).
Members may request complete account deletion at any time by contacting our support team at support@thegentlemensplace.eu. All personal profiles and records will be deleted, save for legal transaction archiving required by law.
