All calls are recorded (with the full knowledge and consent of the operator) for verification, dispute resolution, quality control and legal compliance purposes under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA). This recording may be used as evidence of your consent and agreement to the charges.
After the service has been rendered, you will be required to call back to receive the banking details for payment. Banking details are never sent by SMS, WhatsApp or any other method in order to protect your confidentiality. Payment must be made promptly after the call. Once the service has been provided, the amount is due and payable immediately and is non-refundable, except where a proven technical failure on The Gentlemen's Place’s side prevented delivery of the service (as required by the Consumer Protection Act).
The Gentlemen's Place may collect and process personal information reasonably necessary to provide, secure and administer the Services and, where applicable, to address unpaid amounts arising from Services that have already been rendered.
Where a client fails to pay an amount legitimately due for Services rendered, The Gentlemen's Place may process relevant personal information, including:
Such information may be used for legitimate debt-recovery purposes, including identifying and locating a client in connection with an outstanding amount.
The Gentlemen's Place may appoint and share relevant personal information with authorised third-party service providers, including tracing and debtor-identification service providers, where reasonably necessary to identify, locate or verify information relating to a client in connection with an outstanding amount. Such service providers may process the information solely for the authorised purpose and subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
Voice verification may also be used where reasonably necessary for identity verification or debt-recovery purposes. This may involve conducting a lawful trace and, where a voice recording is available and lawfully obtained, presenting the recording to the client for the limited purpose of verifying whether the voice belongs to the person associated with the outstanding account.
The Gentlemen's Place may also use its internal collections personnel or authorised third-party debt-recovery service providers where applicable.
The Gentlemen's Place shall process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable legislation, including using an applicable lawful basis for the processing concerned.
Personal information will not be used for unrelated marketing or profiling purposes.
Personal information will not be retained for longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for any period required or permitted by applicable law, and will be securely deleted or destroyed when no longer required and where no legal or regulatory retention requirement applies.
Due to the nature of adult telephone entertainment, all sales are final. No refunds will be given except in the narrow case of a proven technical failure on our side that prevented service delivery.
The Gentlemen's Place does not guarantee the availability of any specific operator, duration of engagement, or continuity of any particular interaction. The nature of the Services is variable and dependent on operator availability.
Failure to pay for Services that have been rendered constitutes a breach of these Terms and a legally enforceable debt.
The Gentlemen's Place reserves the right to take all reasonable steps to recover any outstanding amounts, including but not limited to direct contact, advanced tracing methods, and the use of internal or third-party debt collection services.
By using the Services, you expressly consent to being contacted for the purpose of debt recovery via telephone or SMS using the contact details associated with your call.
Any costs incurred in the recovery of outstanding amounts, including collection fees, tracing fees and legal costs on an attorney-and-client scale, may be added to the amount owed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Gentlemen's Place reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary to recover unpaid amounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, The Gentlemen's Place, its owners, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including (but not limited to) phone-bill charges, loss of profits, data, emotional distress or any claims related to operator conduct.
The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Gentlemen's Place and its affiliates from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use/misuse of the Services.
All content, branding, logos, directory listings and materials on the Site are the property of The Gentlemen's Place or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, revocable licence to view the Site for personal use only. No copying, downloading, reproduction or public use is permitted.
The Gentlemen's Place may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for any reason (including breach of these Terms). All provisions that by their nature should survive termination (liability, indemnification, governing law, etc.) shall continue in full force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa, specifically within the jurisdiction in which The Gentlemen's Place operates.
