18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

The Gentlemens Place ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to full compliance with the record-keeping requirements established under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, together with the implementing regulations contained in 28 C.F.R. Part 75, where applicable.

Age Verification

All individuals appearing in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct published, produced, or made available by The Gentlemens Place were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time the content was created.

Prior to participating in any production, every performer undergoes a comprehensive identity and age verification process. Government-issued photographic identification is reviewed, verified, and securely retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Record Maintenance

The Gentlemens Place maintains all records required under applicable United States federal law relating to performer identity and age verification.

These records include, where applicable:

• Government-issued photographic identification establishing that each performer was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production.
• The performer's legal name.
• Any professional names, aliases, or stage names used.
• The original date(s) of production.
• Cross-reference information linking each performer to the applicable visual depictions.
• Additional documentation required by applicable federal regulations.

All records are maintained in an organized and secure manner by the designated Custodian of Records.

Original Content

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all visual depictions appearing on The Gentlemens Place that depict actual sexually explicit conduct are produced by or under the direct supervision and control of The Gentlemens Place.

Every performer appearing in such content has completed the Company's identity verification and age verification procedures prior to production.

Exempt Material

Any visual depictions that do not constitute actual sexually explicit conduct as defined by applicable law, including but not limited to non-explicit artistic, editorial, promotional, or simulated content, are not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, where legally applicable.

Compliance Commitment

The Gentlemens Place maintains internal compliance procedures designed to ensure that:

• Every performer is verified as at least eighteen (18) years of age before participating in any production.
• Identity documentation is authenticated and securely retained.
• Required records remain complete, accurate, and accessible.
