How we protect every member and performer on The Gentlemen's Place
We are committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and consensual platform. The following ten standards govern every account, session, and piece of content on this service.
All members must confirm they are 18 or older to access private calls and live streams. Verification is completed through Yoti — a UK-regulated identity provider — using passive face age estimation or a verified digital ID. We receive only a pass/fail result. No biometric data is ever stored by us.
Every performer is required to verify their age and identity before going live or appearing on a public profile. Verified performers display a gold Verified badge on their profile. Verification is completed through Yoti and independently reviewed by our team before the badge is awarded.
All performers explicitly agree to our Terms of Service and Content Policy before activation. Documented consent covers the nature of content, recording prohibitions, and the right to end any session. Consent records are retained and timestamped. No performer is permitted to create content under any form of duress or coercion.
All new performer profiles are manually reviewed by our moderation team before being approved and made visible to members. Profile content is assessed for compliance with our content policy, age confirmation, and identity consistency before approval is granted.
Performer verifications are subject to periodic re-review. Any material change to a performer's profile — including a new profile photo — may trigger a manual re-check. Verified badges are revoked and re-issued upon re-confirmation. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months require re-verification before reactivation.
Each performer profile must represent one verified individual. Multi-person streams or profiles are not permitted unless each person has individually completed identity verification and is listed on the profile and a listed performer on the platform. This rule is enforced during the manual pre-publication review and monitored on an ongoing basis.
Any member or third party may report a concern via our EMAIL. Reports are acknowledged within 24 hours and investigated within 72 hours. Where a complaint is upheld, content is removed and the relevant account suspended pending review. We cooperate fully with law enforcement requests.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for trafficking, exploitation, or coercion of any kind. All performers are independent adults who have voluntarily applied to join the platform. We actively monitor for signs of exploitation and maintain a dedicated reporting channel. We are a member of ASACP and report illegal content immediately to the relevant authorities.
Age and identity verification is handled entirely by Yoti. We receive only the outcome — pass or fail — and the method used (e.g. face estimation). No biometric data, passport scans, or document images are received or stored by us. All personal data we do hold is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU/UK data protection law.
Verified performers display a gold shield badge on their profile and listing card. The badge is awarded only after manual review; it is not automatic. This page is publicly accessible and updated whenever our standards change. We display our verification provider, RTA label, and ASACP membership on all key pages as evidence of our commitment to responsible adult content.
